Life360, Inc. (ASX:360) announced a private placement for gross proceeds of $2,100,000 led by Bryant Stibel on June 29, 2021. The transaction will include participation from Vanessa Bryant, Tony Hawk, Nicole and Michael Phelps, Billy Perry, Jada and Chris Paul, and Chip and Joanna Gaines
