LIJIANG YULONG TOURISM CO., LTD. Huapont Life Sciences Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002004) signed stake transfer agreement to acquire an additional 5% stake in LiJiang YuLong Tourism Co., LTD. (SZSE:002033) from Zhang Yizhuo for approximately CNY 210 million on July 9, 2018. Equity transfer agreement was signed on July 10, 2018. Under the terms, Huapont Life Sciences will acquire 27.5 million shares and will increase the shareholding from 50.9 million shares (9.26%) to 78.4 million shares (14.26%) of LiJiang YuLong Tourism Co., LTD. Huapont Life Sciences will use its own funds to finance the transaction.
On July 9, 2018, the second meeting of the 7th Board of Directors of Huapont Life Sciences approved the acquisition.
