Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
Lilis Energy, Inc. (the "Company") held its Annual Meeting on June 17, 2020, in
Fort Worth, Texas (the "Annual Meeting"), for the following purposes: (1) to
elect five directors for one-year terms expiring at the 2021 annual meeting of
stockholders and until their successors are duly elected and qualified, (2) to
approve, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company's named executive
officers, and (3) to ratify the selection of BDO USA, LLP, as the Company's
independent registered public accountants for the fiscal year ending December
31, 2020. Each of these proposals is more fully described in the Company's proxy
statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 26, 2020.
The results of the matters voted upon at the Annual Meeting are as follows:
