Limin Chemical Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002734) signed the share transfer agreement to acquire a 79.5% stake in Hebei Shuangji Chemical Co.,Ltd. from Suzhou Jianchuang Jiuding Investment Center (Limited Partnership) and 48 individuals for approximately CNY 230 million on March 29, 2017. The transaction is subject to approval from shareholders of Limin Chemical Co., Ltd's shareholders and was approved by its Board of Directors on March 29, 2017. On April 20, 2017, the transaction was approved by the shareholders of Limin Chemical Co., Ltd.
Limin Group Co., Ltd., formerly Limin Chemical Co., Ltd., is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sales of pesticides and preparations. The Company mainly provides germicide products, including mancozeb, cymoxanil, fosetyl-aluminum and pyrimethanil, among others. It also provides pesticides such as thiacloprid and other formulations, and herbicides such as mesotrione. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
