Eric Johnson joined the Lincoln National Corporation Board in 1998. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Baldwin Richardson Foods Company, a position he has held since 1997, and he also served as the company's President from 1997 to 2020.

Previously, Johnson was the Chief Executive Officer of Johnson Products Company and owner of Baldwin Ice Cream Co. Johnson received his Bachelor of Arts and Science degrees from Babson College, and has served on several boards including SUPERVALU INC., the Urban League of Rochester and serves on the board of trustees for Babson College.

Reggie Davis joined the Lincoln National Corporation Board in 2019. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and President of banking of Flagstar Bank, and is responsible for commercial and industrial, middle market and warehouse lending, among other areas of responsibility.

Previously, Davis served as Executive Vice President and head of business banking of SunTrust Bank, Inc., President of Royal Bank of Canada's U.S. banking operations and held executive level positions at Wachovia Bank. Davis received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Morehouse College, and has served on several boards including Business Executives for National Security, Morehouse College Dean's Advisory Board, Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and others.
