Lindab International AB (publ) (OM:LIAB) signed an agreement to acquire Alig Ventilation Ab on December 9, 2021. For the year ended year ended, 2020 Alig Ventilation reported sales of SEK 65 million and has 15 employees. Transaction is expected to be close in January 2022.
