Munich, 16 May 2018 - The health service provider Deutsche Intensivpflege Holding (DIH) will take over Linde REMEO Deutschland GmbH (REMEO). DIH, based in Dresden, specialises in outpatient intensive care and home mechanical ventilation, attending to patients in their home environment or in sheltered housing. REMEO offers medium and long-term care for respiratory patients with subacute and chronic conditions.

In Germany, REMEO cares for its patients with a total of around 200 employees at seven locations. The employees at existing REMEO locations will be taken on by DIH.
