Lindsay Australia Limited is an Australia-based integrated transport, logistics, and rural supply company. The Company is engaged in the transportation of refrigerated and general freight, logistic services associated with the import and export of horticultural goods and merchandising of rural supplies. The Company’s main activities are road transport, logistics, warehousing services and specialist services to rural suppliers. It has two segments: Transport and Rural. Transport segment is engaged in the cartage of general and refrigerated products and ancillary sales, warehouse and distribution. Rural segment is engaged in the sale and distribution of a range of agricultural supply products. Its businesses include Lindsay Rural, Lindsay Transport and Lindsay Fresh Logistics. Lindsay Rural is a specialist rural merchandising business with operations in Central and Southeast Queensland. Lindsay Transport delivers approximately two million tons of freight to approximately 3,200 customers.
