Lintec Corp. announces consolidated and company earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2012. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 200,905 million, operating income of JPY 13,975 million, ordinary income of JPY 13,613 million, net income of JPY 8,648 million or JPY 115.18 per diluted share compared to net sales of JPY 212,733 million, operating income of JPY 20,889 million, ordinary income of JPY 19,520 million, net income of JPY 13,622 million or JPY 180.11 per diluted share a year ago. Income before income taxes was JPY 13,382 million compared to JPY 19,565 million a year ago. Cash flows from operating activities was JPY 18,910 million and purchases of property, plant and equipment was JPY 8,760 million against cash flows from operating activities of JPY 23,307 million and purchases of property, plant and equipment of JPY 8,237 million a year ago. Return on equity was 6.6% against 10.9% a year ago.
The company declared an year end dividend of JPY 20.00 per share, in total JPY 40.00 per share for the year ended March 31, 2012 totaling JPY 2,987 million.
The company expects dividend of JPY 34 per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013.
