Lintec Corp. reported consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2012. For the nine months, the company's net sales were JPY 144,391 million against JPY 151,657 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 8,483 million against JPY 11,662 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 8,680 million against JPY 11,162 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 6,338 million or JPY 84.78 per diluted share against JPY 6,982 million or JPY 92.85 per diluted share a year ago. Income before income tax was JPY 8,704 million against JPY 10,946 million a year ago.
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013, the company provided dividend guidance of JPY 17.00 compared to JPY 20.00 per share declared last year.
The company also provided consolidated earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013. For the year, the company expects net sales of JPY 197,000 million, operating income of JPY 12,000 million, ordinary income of JPY 12,000 million and net income of JPY 8,500 million or JPY 113.80 per share.
