Lion Industries Corporation Berhad is a Malaysia-based company, which is engaged in the investment holding and property development. The Company operates through three segments: Steel, Building materials and Others. The Steel segment is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of steel bars, wire rods, hot briquetted iron, and steel related products. The Building materials segment is engaged in the trading and distribution of building materials and other steel products. The Others segment is involved in the property development and management, investment holding, treasury business, manufacture and trading of lubricants, spark plugs and provision of transportation services, distributing and retailing of consumer products. The principal activities of the subsidiary companies are manufacturing and marketing of steel bars and property development and investment holding and other. Its subsidiaries are Amble Legacy Sdn Bhd, Cendana Domain Sdn Bhd and Lion Courts Sdn Bhd and others.
