LISI GROUP ANNOUNCES THE DISPOSAL OF ITS SUBSIDIARY LACE

TO RAFAUT GROUP

LISI Group announces that it has today sold all the shares of its subsidiary LACE to the RAFAUT Group.

LACE, a company whose main business is the design, manufacture and maintenance of cargo hooks for helicopters, is based in Saint-Maur (Indre) where it employs 37 people and generated sales of EUR 9 million in 2020, relying on significant positions at Airbus Helicopters, Sikorsky, and Bell Helicopter.

The integration of the activities of LACE, a specialist of multi-role hooks for the helicopter segment, cements RAFAUT Group's strategy to become instrumental in consolidating this segment and reinforces its position as a European supplier, thanks to the support of its shareholders, HLD, ACE Capital Partners, Etoile Capital, and BNPPDév.

The complementary nature of these activities and areas of expertise is a source of strong industrial and commercial synergies. It will enable RAFAUT Group to strengthen its position among the European leaders in the sector.

For its part, LISI AEROSPACE is focusing on its core businesses: Fasteners and Complex Primary Parts, based on forging, forming or extrusion technologies, where it intends to expand and become one of its global customers' major suppliers.
