Litu Holdings Limited (SEHK:1008) entered into sale purchase agreement to acquire Eagle Swift Limited from Cai Xiao Ming, David for approximately HKD 230 million on October 21, 2021. Eagle Swift Limited reported total common equity of HKD 2.4 million till August 31, 2021. The deal is subject to due diligence, shareholder approval of Litu Holdings Limited.

Completion is expected to take place falling one month. Astrum Capital Management Limited acted as financial advisor to Litu Holdings Limited. Ason December 24, 2021, the organizations shifted the closing of Sale and Purchase Agreement to 31 January 2022.
