(b) On June 18, 2021, Mark Shaprio tendered his resignation as a member of the
Board of Directors of Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (the "Company" or "Live
Nation") effective immediately. Mr. Shapiro's resignation was not the result of
any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's
operations, policies or practices.

In accepting Mr. Shapiro's resignation, the Company stated, "Since joining the
Board in 2008, Mark has been a great advisor as we built Live Nation's brand and
business. We are grateful for his many contributions to Live Nation over the
years and we wish him nothing but the best."
