02.07.2021 The Supervisory Board of LiveChat Software has adopted a Diversity Policy for the Management Board

On June 28, 2021, the Supervisory Board adopted the 'Diversity Policy for the ManagementBoard of LiveChat Software'. The adopted rules will be applied not only by the Supervisory Board to the Management Board, but also by the Management Board to all LiveChat Software team members.

'LIVECHAT Software operates globally and its products are currently used by customers from over 150 countries around the world. Taking into account the Company's vision ('Customer communication without barriers') and the Company's mission ('Help people and businesses communicate better and fully express themselves' - 'Supporting people and companies in better communicating and self-expression ') - ensuring diversity and different perspectives in LiveChat Software team and in the Management Board is of particular importance for the further functioning as well as dynamic, and at the same time, sustainable development' - we read in the adopted document.

Diversity, as understood by the Policy, means recognizing the uniqueness of every person, their unique predispositions and competences, regardless of the differences between them based on visible and invisible, congenital and acquired characteristics.

The Supervisory Board undertook, inter alia, to the fact that it will strive to ensure that the composition of each LiveChat Software Management Board is diverse also in terms of gender, with the participation of minorities in the composition of the Management Board at the level not lower than 30%. Currently, the Management Board consists of two people: Mariusz Ciepły and Urszula Jarzębowska.
