LiveXLive Media, Inc. (NasdaqCM:LIVX) announced its intention to spin-off an unknown stake in Pay-Per-View business on September 15, 2021. Under the Spin-off, LiveXLive plan to distribute a portion of the Pay-Per-View business to LiveXLive's stockholders. Pay-Per-View business will become a separate public company under "PPVOne" name. Transaction is subject to obtaining applicable approvals and consents and compliance with applicable rules and regulations and public market trading and listing requirements and approval of board of directors of LiveXLive Media, Inc. Spin-off is anticipated to take place by March 31, 2022.
