LIXIL Corporation (hereinafter "LIXIL") made a resolution on the following dividend payment for shareholders on record as of March 31, 2021 at its Board of Directors Meeting convened today.

2. Reason

LIXIL has a policy of maintaining a dividend payout ratio of over 30% on a consolidated basis. LIXIL resolved to pay a year-end dividend of 35 yen per share (70 yen per share including interim dividend) for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021.
