Loginet Japan Co., Ltd. (SPSE:9027) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 300,000 shares, representing 4.99% of its share capital for ¥843 million. The shares will be repurchased at ¥2,810 per share. The program will expire on November 9, 2020.
LOGINET JAPAN CO., LTD. is a Japan-based holding company mainly engaged in the freight transportation business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Sapporo Express Group segment is engaged in the transportation business, including cargo automobile transportation, railway transportation and air freight transportation, and the provision of warehousing and moving services; the merchandising business, including the sale of vehicles, office equipment and diesel oil, as well as other businesses, including tourism, nonlife insurance agency, real estate leasing and car repairing businesses.
