Lojas Renner S.A. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was BRL 256.37 million compared to BRL 138.84 million a year ago. Revenue was BRL 2,626.01 million compared to BRL 1,790.04 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 171.96 million compared to net loss of BRL 82.87 million a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was BRL 704.91 million compared to BRL 721.29 million a year ago. Revenue was BRL 6,695.81 million compared to BRL 4,462.31 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 217.33 million compared to BRL 742.32 million a year ago.
Lojas Renner S.A. specializes in the retail distribution of clothes and accessories for men, women and children. Gross sales break down by activity as follows:
- sale of products (90.4%): clothes, lingerie, shoes, bags, accessories, perfumes, cosmetic products, etc.;
- financial products (9.6%).
At the end of 2021, the marketing of the products is ensured through a network of 636 stores under the Renner (404), Camicado (119), Youcom (104) and Ashua (9) names in Brazil, and through Internet.
