New Projects

Longfor acquired 6 new projects this month (1 of which was from M&A), covering a total GFA of 446,000 m2 with attributable GFA of 401,000 m2 and attributable land price amounting to RMB5.36 billion. The Group newly entered Maoming in Guangdong Province. To date, the Group's business covers 48 cities.

At the end of March, the Group recorded aggregated contracted sales of RMB44.48 billion, with the contracted GFA sold amounting to 2,838,000m2. In March, the Group recorded aggregated contracted sales of RMB19.6 billion, with the contracted GFA sold amounting to 1,209,000 m2.
