LOTTE GFR Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue 1,898,502 common shares at a price of KRW 15,813 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 30,021,012,126 on May 12, 2022. The transaction will include participation from Lotte Shopping Co., Ltd. for 1,897,173 common shares. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
The transaction is expected to close on June 13, 2022.
