Lotte Asset Development Co.,Ltd acquired additional 17.5% stake in Eunpyeong PFV Corporation from Lotte Shopping Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A023530) on September 20, 2020. Lotte Asset Development Co.,Ltd acquired 0.35 million shares. After completion, Lotte Shopping Co., Ltd. holds 87% stake in Eunpyeong PFV Corporation.

Lotte Shopping Co Ltd is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the operation of department stores. The Company operates its business through six segments.
