Lotte Giants Co. Ltd. announced a private placement of 6,000,000 common shares at KRW 5,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 30,000,000,000 on February 24, 2016. The securities will be issued at par.
The round will include participation from existing shareholders of the company which can subscribe 300 shares for each share held by them. The subscription date and payment date is March 11, 2016. The board of directors of the company approved the transaction.
