NCF Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of 1,117,065 common shares at price of KRW 46,913 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 52,404,870,345 on March 23, 2018. The transaction will include participation from existing investor, Lotte Shopping Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A023530) for 1,114,830 shares. The shares will be issued at premium. The company will issue 1.861775 shares per 1 existing share Post the closing, the number of shares will increase from 600,000 to 1,717,065. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company. The expected payment date of the transaction is on May 28, 2018 and the subscription date is April 30, 2018.
