ZEAL Network SE (XTRA:TIMA) made an offer to acquire remaining 7% stake in Lotto24 AG (XTRA:LO24) for €43 million on July 21, 2021. The final price will be determined by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority. As on July 28, 2021, the offer price is €380.97 per share.
Following acquisition, Lotto24 AG plan to withdraw from the stock exchange. The offer will not be subject to any closing conditions.
