On December 31, 2020, Partake Foods, Inc. closed the transaction led by Rihanna. The company has issued 479,396 series A preferred stock for gross proceeds of $4,800,000 in the transaction. The transaction included participation from 12 investors including new investor FF2032 Fund, a fund managed by Lotus Bakeries NV (ENXTBR:LOTB), Circleup Growth Partners, L.P, Black Star Fund, Black Capital Management, Bobby Wangner, Black Angel Tech Fund, Chuck Math, Jhon Foraker, Jay-Z, Robyn Rihanna Fenty, black investors, Gabriella Sarmiento Wilson and returning investor Marcy Venture Partners LLP. Lotus Bakeries NV (ENXTBR:LOTB) acquired minority stake in the company.
