On December 20, 2021, Louisiana-Pacific Corporation issued a press release announcing its plan to build a new LP® SmartSide® ExpertFinish® prefinishing facility on 75 acres in the Town of Bath, New York. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
