As of December 31, 2011, its subsidiaries included LPS Minas Gerais Consultoria de Imoveis Ltda, LPS Eduardo, EBC - Solucoes Imobiliarias Ltda, Habitcasa Consultoria de Imoveis Ltda, and Pronto Erwin Maack Consultoria de Imoveis SA, among others.
