On November 2, 2022, LSI Industries Inc. ("LSI" or the "Company") issued a press release announcing operating results for the first fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
