LTC Properties, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was USD 38.129 million compared to USD 28.481 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 17.954 million compared to USD 2.572 million a year ago. Net income was USD 18.239 million compared to USD 1.870 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.46 compared to USD 0.05 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was USD 78.409 million compared to USD 74.891 million a year ago.
