Luceco plc Appoints Will Hoy as A Non-Executive Director and Member of the Group's Audit Committee, Effective 1 September 2019

The Board of Luceco plc announced the appointment of Will Hoy as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2019. Will is Chief Financial Officer of GKN Aerospace. Will has been appointed as a member of the Group's Audit Committee.
