RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that Ms. CHUNG Vai Ping ("Ms. CHUNG") has tendered her resignation as an Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 October 2019 in order to devote more time to other business commitments of the Group.

Ms. CHUNG has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Ms. CHUNG for her valuable contribution to the Company.
