RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited (the "Company"), together with its subsidiaries, (the "Group") announces that Ms. YEUNG Po Ling, Pauline ("Ms. YEUNG") has tendered her resignation as a Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 12 August 2020 owing to personal reasons.

Ms. YEUNG has served on the Board for more than 23 years. After her resignation from the Board, Ms. YEUNG will remain as a consultant of the Group.

Ms. YEUNG has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Ms. YEUNG for her valuable contribution to the Company.
