The negotiations to sell Russian oil company PJSC LUKOIL (MISX:LKOH)'s Sicily-based ISAB crude refinery are at an advanced stage and can be finished until the end of 2022, CEO Yevgeny Manyakhin told Italian business newspaper IlSole 24Ore on December 5, 2022. “As I have said, the talks are underway and if there are negotiations, there is a sales idea. We believe that a sales and purchase agreement can be signed soon.
Probably, until the end of this year," he said.
