Sept 8(Reuters) - Apparel retailer Lululemon Athletica Inc beat quarterly revenue estimates on Wednesday, benefiting from robust demand for its comfortable pants and sports bras as customers continued to opt for athleisure products despite easing restrictions.

Net revenue rose to $1.45 billion in the second quarter, from $902.9 million a year earlier. Analysts on average had expected net revenue of $1.34 billion, according to IBES data from Refinitiv. (Reporting by Mehr Bedi in Bengaluru; Editing by Amy Caren Daniel)
