Lumibird SA (ENXTPA:LBIRD) signed an agreement to acquire defense laser rangefinder business of Saab AB (publ) (OM:SAAB B) on March 3, 2021. Defense laser rangefinder business reported revenues of over €10 based on the year ended December 31, 2020. This transaction is subject to various conditions precedent, in particular approvals from the regulatory authorities.
The transaction is expected to be finalized for the first half of 2022.
