Grosvenor Capital Management L.P., HarbourVest Partners, LLC, DPE Deutsche Private Equity GmbH and Lexington agreed to acquire 30% stake in Mehler Vario System GmbH from Luxempart S.A. (BDL:LXMPR) on October 15, 2020. Transaction is subject to the approvals of the competition authorities and the Ministry of Economy.
