Management team led by Xavier Vignon, Chief Execitive Officer of SOGETREL, alongside Andera Partners accompanied by Luxempart S.A. (BDL:LXMPR), CAPZA, BNP Paribas Développement and IDIA Capital Investissement acquired SOGETREL, S.A.S. from Bpifrance Investissement SAS, Latour Capital Management SAS, Paluel-Marmont Capital SAS and BNP Paribas Développement SA, SCR in November 2020. Xavier Vignon took a controlling stake in Sogetrel thanks to financing set up by its historic banking pool, as well as by Andera Partners, Luxempart and BNP Paribas Développement. Luxempart has committed to invest up to €40 million in the transaction. DC Advisory acted as exclusive financial advisor to Sogetrel’s shareholders.

Christophe Garaud and Gil Kiener from Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP acted as legal advisor to Latour Capital Management SAS. Stéphane Huten, Arnaud Deparday, Alexandre Jeannerot, Fanny Périé, Alexander Premont, Sophie Lok, Louis Reynold de Seresin, Eric Paroche, Victor Levy and Laurent Ragot of Hogan Lovells acted as the legal advisor to Andrea Partners.
