The Board of Directors of Time2U International Holding Limited announced that Mr. Zhong Weili has been appointed as independent non-executive Director, member of the remuneration committee, the audit committee and nomination committee of the company with effect from 5 September 2017. He is currently an office director of an asset appraisal company in The People's Republic of China.
