The board of directors of Luzhou Bank Co. Ltd. announced that on June 7, 2021, the Board received the written resignation of Mr. XU Xianzhong, an executive director and president of the Bank. Mr. XU tendered his resignation as an executive director, president of the Bank and a member of the consumer rights protection committee under the Board due to personal reasons. According to the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and the articles of association of the Bank, the resignation of Mr. XU took effect upon the delivery of the written resignation to the Board. The Bank is endeavoring to identify suitable candidate to fill up the vacancy of Mr. XU as an executive director and president of the Bank as soon as practicable, and will make further announcement(s) as and when appropriate.
