Luzhou Bank Co., Ltd. Appoints Liu Shirong as President

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Luzhou Bank Co., Ltd. announced that on September 30, 2021, the Board of the Bank has approved to appoint Mr. LIU Shirong ("Mr. LIU") as the president of the Bank. Mr. LIU Shirong, aged 55, has been a Director since February 2010, the secretary to the Board of Directors since December 2012 and the vice president of the Bank since May 2016 (responsible for executive work of the Bank since September 2019). Mr. LIU is also a member of each of the related party (connected) transactions control committee, the risk management committee and the consumer rights protection committee of the Bank. Mr. LIU joined the Bank in October 1997. Mr. LIU served as the head of the office of the Board of Directors from March 2012 to October 2014. The appointment of Mr. LIU is subject to the approval from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission Sichuan Office (the "CBIRC Sichuan Office"). The term of office of Mr. LIU as the president of the Bank will become effective upon the approval by the CBIRC Sichuan Office for his qualification. Upon his term of office as the president becoming effective, Mr. LIU will cease to be the vice president of the Bank.
