LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton : · June 18, 2021 announces 2021 Innovation Award winners at Viva Technology

For the fifth edition of the LVMH Innovation Award, 28 startups shortlisted for the final round presented their vision of the customer experience of tomorrow to industry professionals and the public during Viva Technology. Six startups received awards in the different categories: Data & Artificial Intelligence, Employee Experience, Media & Brand Awareness, Omnichannel & Retail Experience, Operations & Manufacturing Excellence, and Sustainability. Bambuser, a startup specialized in Live Stream Shopping, was chosen as the overall winner by Bernard Arnault, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Toni Belloni, LVMH Group Managing Director, and the members of the selection committee.

For the past five years the LVMH Innovation Award has drawn applications from hundreds of startups. This year over 850 applications were reviewed. For the 2021 edition, 28 startups representing 12 different countries were shortlisted as finalists for their innovative approach to the theme 'The Future of Customer Experience is Here'. For the first time in the history of the competition, six startups received awards, instead of three in previous years.

The winner of the 2021 LVMH Innovation Award is Bambuser, a startup specialized in Live Stream Shopping. It helps brands host live shopping sessions online, with influencers or sales associates. These shows are hosted natively on the brands' websites, enabling them to own the look and feel of the experience and manage conversations, data and check-out. The startup's clients include Parfums Christian Dior and Make Up For Ever.

Bambuser will have the opportunity to benefit from a 6-month personalized support as part of LVMH's accelerator program, 'La Maison des Startups', which has been based at the Station F startup campus in Paris since 2018.
