M M Forgings Limited (BSE:522241) entered into agreement to acquire Abhinava Rizel Private Limited on September 1, 2022. On an aggregate basis, MMF expects to invest close to INR 2000 million. The company said that it is investing in a start-up to produce EV powertrain components.
The indicative time period for completion of acquisition is on or prior to September 30, 2022. Post acquisition, 26,40,000 equity shares will be allotted to MMF and it will be holding 88% share of Abhinava Rizel.
