FRAUDULENT WEBSITE AND MATERIALS

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Macau Legend Development Limited (the "Company" together with its subsidiaries, collectively refer to as the "Group") wishes to alert its customers and members of the public to the internet website with address at http://vip.mclegend.ga which was purportedly maintained by a company named "澳門勵 駿博彩有限公司" and include certain information in relation to its background, corporate information, operation and the lottery game that it runs (collectively, the "Fraudulent Materials"). The Fraudulent Materials make references to certain information of the Company, including the name, logo and trademark which imitate those of the Company; certain corporate information of the Company; and photos and information of certain directors and senior management of the Company, and refers them as the directors and senior management of the purported company.

The Company wishes to clarify that neither the Company nor the directors and senior management of the Company have any connection with the purported company named in the fake website and the Fraudulent Materials. Moreover, the Company has not operated and is not operating any lottery game as shown in such fake website. The contact information contained in the fake website are also irrelevant to the Company and would not be able to reach the Company or our directors and senior management.

The Company is not responsible for the information contained therein nor has it authorised the use of its information in the Fraudulent Materials, and is not responsible for any economic outcome by participating in the lottery or any other services that operated or purported to be provided by such company and/ or the fake website.

The Board wishes to remind the customers and members of the public that the ONLY official website of the Company is http://www.macaulegend.com.

Customers and members of the public are advised to take the utmost care in ensuring that their requests and correspondence are directed to the Company but not to any e-mails, addresses, telephone numbers or fax numbers specified in the Fraudulent Materials.

The Company reserves its right to bring legal proceedings against the parties responsible for the Fraudulent Materials.
