Amendment to Employment Agreement dated February 10, 2022 by and between
Mace Security International, Inc. and Sanjay Singh
Effective February 10, 2022, the Company entered into an amendment to the employment agreement with Sanjay Singh, as the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (the "Second Amendment"). The Second Amendment replaces the previous Bonus Agreement referenced in the original employment agreement with the Company's 2022 executive incentive plan and an additional performance-based bonus of $75,000. Future year bonus eligibility and compensation to be determined by the Company's Board of Directors. All other provisions of the Employment Agreement dated April 2, 2020 by and between Mace Security International, Inc. and Sanjay Singh remain unchanged.
