An unknown buyer acquired Wegmans Retail Center and two nearby restaurants in Hanover, New Jersey from Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE:CLI) for $46 million on July 6, 2021. Jose Cruz, Kevin O'Hearn, Michael Oliver, Steve Simonelli, J.B. Bruno and Nicholas Stefans of JLL Capital Markets marketed the property on behalf of, the seller, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, and represented the buyer.
