Crown Acquisitions Inc. acquired River Centre from Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE:CLI) for $84 million on June 14, 2021. Kevin Carton, Todd Elfand, John Alascio, Alex Hernandez, Chuck Kohaut, Kevin Carton and TJ Sullivan of Cushman & Wakefield arranged the acquisition financing on behalf of Crown Acquisitions Inc. The proceeds will be used towards repayment of the Mack-Cali Realty Corporation's term loan. The sales team was supported by local leasing experts Kevin Carton and Todd Elfand. Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team led by Andy Merin alongside David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel, Frank DiTommaso and Seth Zuidema arranged the transaction.
