Mack-Cali Realty Corporation announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced total revenue was USD 76.093 million compared to USD 83.604 million a year ago. Net income was USD 7.623 million compared to net loss of USD 39.924 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.06 compared to basic loss per share of USD 0.47 a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.28 compared to USD 0.4 a year ago.
