Macquarie Korea Infrastructure Fund ("MKIF") hereby announces that shareholders listed in the shareholders' register of MKIF as of 31 December 2024 (the "Record Date") will have the right to receive the planned distribution for the six months ending 31 December 2024 in accordance with the Article 354 of the Korean Commercial Code and the Articles of Incorporation of MKIF.
