Magnis Energy Technologies : Termination of Chief Executive Officer

Magnis Energy Technologies Limited ('Magnis' or the 'Company') (ASX: MNS) announces that it has terminated the employment of Dr. Frank Houllis and that he has ceased his role as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective as of today's date.

Messrs Frank Poullas, Executive Chairman, and James Dack, Executive Director, will continue to oversee the Company's operations.

Magnis Energy Technologies Limited is an Australia-based vertically integrated lithium-ion battery technology and materials company in the Lithium-ion battery supply chain. Its subsidiary, Imperium3 New York Inc. (iM3NY), operates the Lithium-ion battery plant in Endicott, New York. iM3NY has commenced commercial production of Li ion cells and accelerating its ramp-up plans to produce 15,000 cells/day up to an annual production rate of 1.8 gigawatt hours with several binding offtakes already secured. Charge CCCVâs (C4Vâs) proprietary Li-ion battery technology and discoveries are known for extending battery life, greater safety and charge performance. C4Vâs also provides value chain solutions for Li ion battery manufacturing through cell design and engineering, cell fabrication process, qualification of raw materials supply chain and cell fabrication equipment supplier, blueprint of plants and engaging with engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractors.
